I had a friend when I was growing up and his dog always F*ke limped around the house so we would all for sorry for him.
It was quite amusing, but I didn’t realize how widespread it was. Because all of these people have had similar situations with their pets, and the stories are really hilarious.
Let’s take a look at some of these funny tales of dramatic cats and dogs who pretty much convinced their owners they were on their way out.
1. Hunger strike.
I guess you better keep your boyfriend around more.
This past summer my cat stopped eating, drinking, etc., so I took her to the vet and it turns out she was just on a hunger strike because my boyfriend was away for the week 🤦🏻♀️

3. Making herself sick.
Now that is a b**ch move.
This is how my cat looks when my friend who cat-sits her comes over. She loves him but is very cranky. She’s also made herself throw up. pic.twitter.com/KGql7pf19I

5. No more faucet drinking for you.
You big f**king baby! Jeez…
One time my parents renovated their bathroom and then our cat got super lethargic and wouldn't eat. We naively assumed those events were not connected. One vet trip later, turns out the cat was depressed he couldn't drink from the leaky tub faucet anymore.

6. Traumatized by the thing under the trailer.
I mean, but have you see a possum at night? They’re pretty crazy.
Once, my childhood dog suddenly refused to go outside and was shivering behind the couch for a solid 24 hours, so Dad took him to the vet fearing the worst. We spent $120 to find out a possum that was living under our trailer hissed at him and he was traumatized. Pets, I stg-

7. That’ll do it.
Damn kid… that’s some stiff competition for attention.
My cat was the same way. My husband and I sold most of our stuff to take him to the vet just to find out he was horny 🤦🏼♀️😂

8. Which one should I limp on?
I can’t believe they can process it like this? That little scamp!
I had one who would limp to avoid going to the grass to pee. But she’d forget and switch paws. 😂

9. You just need to f*rt.
Can you imagine you believing they were going to die… and he just farts?
Our cat stopped eating and was lethargic. He'd cry when we picked him up. He became super limp and we rushed to the ER at 2 in the morning. Turns out he had a severe case of gas. Farted while the vet was examing him. They gave him some antigas med and sent us home. 😐
