There’s so much negativity on the internet and in the world in general right now that you could almost be tricked into thinking nothing good ever happens.
But of course, that’s not the case. And if you look a little closer, you can find some nice wholesome, heartwarming internet gems to soothe the soul.
This thread got kicked off on Twitter recently, and, honestly, it’s lovely.
Hi lovely friends let’s make a thread of wholesome content. I’ll start, my 6yo has a big buddy at school and they invented a secret handshake which is (just between you and me) a regular handshake with a hug at the end 🙂

When my younger son lost his first tooth, my older one wrote the Tooth Fairy a note that read,

Student, crying in my office: “I just feel like I have no idea what I’m doing. Like I’m just making it up as I go along.”
Me, leaning forward: “I’m going to tell you a secret & I need you to share it far & wide: We are ALL making it up as we go along. All of us.”

I’m betting that if each of us gave it just a couple minutes of thought, we could probably come up with some wonderfully kind things we’ve encountered in the last week or so. It’s important not to ignore those. It’s important not to lose them.
What’s something nice that’s happened for you lately?
Tell us about it in the comments and spread the good feels.
